Fee Breakdown
- Platform Commission: Percentage deducted from your ticket revenue (default 8%)
- Platform Fee (to customers): Added per ticket at checkout (default 5% + €0.50)
- Stripe Fee: 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction (absorbed by platform)
- VAT: Optional value-added tax if enabled
- Net to You: Ticket price minus platform commission
How Pricing Works
Example for a €50 ticket:
- You receive: €46.00 (€50 - 8% commission)
- Participant pays: €53.00 (€50 + €3 platform fee)
- Platform gross: €7.00 (€3 fee + €4 commission)
- Stripe fee: €1.84 (absorbed by platform)
- Platform net: €5.16
