For Organizers
When you set a ticket price, you keep most of it. The platform commission covers platform maintenance, customer support, security, and compliance.
Example: €50 ticket
- You set: €50 ticket price
- You receive: €46.00 (92% of ticket price)
- Platform commission: €4.00 (8%)
For Participants
When participants buy tickets, they pay a small platform fee that covers payment processing, ticket management, QR codes, event updates, and customer support.
Example: €50 ticket
- Ticket price: €50.00
- Platform fee: €3.00 (5% + €0.50)
- Total paid: €53.00
Platform Economics
We absorb Stripe payment processing fees (2.9% + €0.30) from our revenue, ensuring predictable costs for both organizers and participants.
Bulk Purchases
Platform fees are calculated per ticket:
- 1 ticket: €50 + €3 = €53
- 5 tickets: €250 + €15 = €265 (€3 fee per ticket)
This ensures fair pricing regardless of order size and maintains consistency across all purchases.
