Make your virtual events unique with custom milestone celebrations and event branding.
Milestone Customization
Personalize how participants are celebrated when they reach key milestones:
- 25% Milestone - Default: "Quarter Champion!" with star icon and confetti
- 50% Milestone - Default: "Halfway Hero!" with fire icon and fireworks
- 75% Milestone - Default: "Final Stretch!" with trophy icon and sparkles
- 100% Milestone - Default: "Challenge Complete!" with flag icon and fireworks
How to Customize Milestones
- Go to your event in Organizer Dashboard
- Click "Manage" on your virtual event
- Navigate to the "Milestones & Branding" tab
- Edit the title and description for each milestone
- Choose an icon: star, fire, trophy, or flag
- Select celebration type: confetti, fireworks, or sparkles
- Click "Preview" to see the celebration animation
- Save your changes
Event Branding
Apply your brand colors and custom markers to create a cohesive visual experience:
- Dominant Color - Sets the theme color for progress bars, buttons, and UI elements
- Start Marker - Upload custom image for the starting point (recommended: 128x128px PNG)
- Finish Marker - Upload custom image for the finish line (recommended: 128x128px PNG)
- All branding applies across the participant experience
Best Practices
- Keep milestone titles short and motivating (max 30 characters)
- Descriptions should be encouraging and specific to the achievement
- Use transparent PNG images for markers for best visual results
- Choose a dominant color that has good contrast for readability
- Test your milestones by completing activities as a participant
- Consider your event theme when choosing celebration types
Push Notifications
Participants receive push notifications when they reach milestones (if enabled in their device settings). You can disable milestone notifications for your event in the Milestones & Branding tab.
