Where credit comes from
- Cancellations: eligible cancellations are settled as account credit under the event rules and deadlines, not back to your card.
- Deferrals: the ticket value moves to your wallet so you can enter another edition.
- Ticket downgrades: the price difference is credited to your wallet.
- Promotional credit: organizers occasionally award credit or rewards.
Booking fees are never credited
Credit is always based on the ticket value you paid. The booking fee covers the transaction itself and is not returned or credited.

- Does credit expire? No, it stays available on your account.
- Can I send credit to someone else? No, a wallet belongs to a single account.
- Why can I not use credit on one event? The organizer has turned wallet payments off for that event.
