Credit is based on the ticket value only. The booking fee is never credited or refunded.

    Defer Your Entry

    1. Go to My Tickets and find your entry
    2. Open Defer entry to check eligibility and the exact credit amount
    3. Review your entry value, any deferral fee and the credit you will receive
    4. Confirm that you understand your place will be released, then select Confirm deferral

    What Happens

    • Credit is added to your account in the booking currency and your ticket stops working
    • Your place returns to the available ticket pool and pending transfer invitations close
    • You choose and book a future event yourself; no future place is reserved automatically
    • The deferred entry and credit record remain in History

    Deadlines and Fees

    • Processing fees are never included in account credit
    • Any event deferral fee is deducted from the eligible entry value, after discounts
    • Event rules and deadlines apply; deferrals close 24 hours before the start by default
    • Get support is available if you cannot defer or already have a request being reviewed
