Confirming you received your race pack

Confirm a delivery or report a missing race pack from your tickets page.

When an organizer marks your postal delivery as delivered, a short prompt appears on your tickets page so you can confirm it arrived.

    Card

    Have you received your delivery?

Causeway Coast Marathon — race pack

    Delivered
    Yes, received

Choosing “No, not received” opens a case with the organizer.

The confirmation prompt shown on your tickets page. A card asking whether you have received your delivery with a Yes received action.

Reporting a pack that has not arrived

    1. Open My Tickets and find the entry with the delivery prompt.
    2. Choose “No, not received”.
    3. Add a short note describing the problem if it helps.
    4. Submit. The organizer is notified straight away.

Reporting non-receipt opens a case the organizer can see in their deliveries dashboard. They will check with the courier or re-send, and the outcome appears on your ticket once it is resolved.

    Confirming helps everyone

Confirming receipt closes the loop so the organizer knows the pack arrived and does not chase the courier unnecessarily.
