Access and manage all your event tickets in one convenient location.

Accessing My Tickets

1. Sign in to your account
2. Click "My Tickets" in the navigation menu
3. View all your past and upcoming event registrations

Ticket Information

Each ticket displays:

• Event name, date, and location
• Ticket type and distance (if applicable)
• BIB number (assigned after registration)
• Booking reference number
• QR code for event check-in
• Registration status

Using Your QR Code

Your ticket QR code is essential for event day:

• Download the QR code image from your ticket
• Save it to your phone or print it
• Show it at event check-in for instant verification
• The QR code contains your registration and BIB number
• One scan checks you in and confirms your participation

Downloading Tickets

You can download your tickets for offline access or printing. Each ticket includes all event details and your unique QR code.

Your Registered Event Page

When you visit an event you're registered for, you'll see a dedicated participant dashboard with:

• A personalised success hero with your name, BIB number, event title and venue
• A live countdown timer showing days, hours and minutes until the event starts
• Ticket & order details — ticket type, order ID, amount paid, and registration date
• Quick-action buttons to view your QR ticket or jump to the race route map
• An inline race route map showing the course directly on the page
• Purchase history with order group, transfer history, and ticket change records
• Latest organiser updates and fundraiser donation widget (if active)
• Race info tabs for event info, race pack collection, aid stations and course marshals
• Manage Your Entry section to transfer, change ticket type, defer for credit or get support

Buying More Places for the Same Event

Once you have an entry, the event link shows your own entry page instead of the ticket list. To enter friends or family for the same event, use the "Buy another entry" button at the top of your entry page. That opens the normal event page with all ticket options, and a reminder that you already have a place, so you only pay for the extra people.

Event Day Preparation

1. Check your ticket 24 hours before the event
2. Note your BIB number
3. Ensure your QR code is accessible (digital or printed)
4. Arrive early for smooth check-in
5. Have your ID ready if required by the organizer
