How to Register for Events

Register for events quickly and securely with our streamlined registration process.

Creating Your Account

1. Click "Create Account" on the sign-in page
2. Enter your full name, email, and password
3. Click "Create Account" to submit
4. You'll be automatically signed in and redirected to your dashboard

Finding and Selecting Events

1. Browse events from the "Events" page
2. Click on an event to view full details
3. Review ticket types, distances, and pricing
4. Click "Register Now" to begin registration

Completing the Registration Form

The registration process is divided into easy-to-follow steps:

• Personal Details: Full name, email, phone, date of birth
• Emergency Contact: Name and phone number for safety
• Additional Information: T-shirt size, dietary requirements
• Address: Required for shipping physical items
• Review & Payment: Confirm your order and complete payment

Payment Options

You can pay using:

• Wallet Credit: Use your platform wallet balance for instant payment
• Stripe Payment: Pay securely with credit/debit card via Stripe

After Registration

Once payment is complete:

• You'll see a confirmation page with your booking details
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email
• Your ticket will include a QR code for event check-in
• View your ticket anytime in "My Tickets"
• Download or print your QR code before event day

• Physical Ticket Posting: Get your ticket and BIB mailed to you
• Team Registration: Register multiple participants at once with team discounts

Buying Additional Tickets When You Already Have One

If you already hold a ticket for an event, you can still purchase additional tickets for other participants. During checkout, enter the other participant's details (name, email, etc.) and the system will allow the purchase to go through. You'll see a confirmation warning reminding you that you already have a ticket — simply confirm to proceed.

Note: The system will only block a purchase if you are trying to buy the exact same ticket type for yourself again. Purchases for other people are always allowed.
