Where the organizer allows cancellation, the ticket value is returned as account credit instead of money. Booking fees are never returned.

- Split Payment: Apply partial wallet credit and pay the remainder by card

- Your wallet balance will be deducted immediately
Using Stripe Payment
- Select "Stripe Payment" as your payment method
- Click "Proceed to Payment"
- Enter your card details securely
- Complete 3D Secure verification if required
- Wait for payment confirmation
- You'll be redirected to your booking confirmation

After Payment
Once your payment is successful:
- You'll see a confirmation page with your booking details
- A confirmation email is sent immediately
- Your ticket becomes available in "My Tickets"
- You can download your QR code right away
- BIB numbers are typically assigned within 24 hours
Refund Policy
All event registration fees are non-refundable. In case of event cancellation, approved refunds are issued as Platform Store Credit only, which can be used for future event registrations with no expiration date.
