Participant records show when the person last signed in, which helps you tell an inactive account from an email problem before you chase them.
Table
| Participant | Entry | Last signed in |
|---|---|---|
| A. Boyle | Marathon | 2 days ago |
| C. Doherty | Half marathon | Never signed in |
- “Never signed in” usually means the entry was bought for someone else who has not created their account yet.
- A very old date is a good reason to reach out by another channel before the event.
- Sign-in dates are staff information only and are never shown to other participants.
