The dashboard is organized into several key areas:
- Hero Cards: Quick access to browse events and start training plans
- Progress Cards: View training progress, virtual challenges, and team activities
- Statistical Overview: See your total distance, completed events, and team stats
- Main Tabs: Access different features through organized tabs
