Purchase add-ons for your event registration using wallet credit or card payment. This guide covers the purchase flow and common troubleshooting steps.
How to Purchase Add-ons
- Go to "My Tickets" and find your registration
- Click the "Add-ons" button on your ticket
- Browse available add-ons and select the ones you want
- If a delivery add-on is selected, enter your shipping address
- Choose payment method: Wallet Credit or Card Payment
- Complete payment to confirm your purchase
Payment Methods
- Wallet Credit: Instant — uses your platform wallet balance
- Card Payment: Secure payment via Stripe with 3D Secure support
After Purchase
Once payment is complete, your add-ons are confirmed immediately. You can view purchased add-ons on your ticket — they appear with a checkmark.
Troubleshooting
- If the payment form does not appear, refresh the page and try again
- For 3D Secure verification, complete the bank authentication prompt to finalise payment
- If you were charged but the add-on still shows as pending, wait a few minutes — the system processes payments in the background
- If the issue persists after 10 minutes, contact the event organizer with your booking reference
- Ensure your browser allows pop-ups and redirects for 3D Secure verification
Bundle Purchases
If you registered multiple participants in one order, some add-ons can be purchased as a bundle for all participants at a discounted rate. The bundle option appears automatically when available.
Free Add-ons
Some add-ons may be free based on your ticket type or if you selected postal delivery during checkout. These are claimed instantly with no payment required.
