Creating an account on 26 is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

    1. Click the "Get Started" or "Sign In" button in the top right corner
    2. Choose "Sign Up" if you don't have an account
    3. Enter your email address and create a secure password
    4. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
    5. Complete your profile with basic information
    6. You're all set! Start browsing events or create your first challenge

    Why create an account?

    • Register for events and virtual challenges
    • Track your progress and achievements
    • Connect with the community
    • Receive personalized recommendations
    • Manage your registrations and tickets

    Email addresses on your account

Your entries, deferrals, transfers and support history are matched to email addresses you have verified — your sign-in address, plus any extra addresses you have confirmed from a link we email you. Typing a different address into your profile does not give you access to anyone else's entries.

    1. To use a second address (for example an entry bought under a work email), add it under Settings and confirm the link we email you
    2. To change your sign-in address, update it in Settings and confirm the verification email
    3. Finisher certificates are private to you, organisers and our support team — links are not publicly browsable

Confirming your email keeps your account yours

When you sign up with an email address and password, you must click the link we email you before the account can be used. That way nobody can set up an account on your address and wait for you to arrive.

    • Didn't get the email? Use "Resend confirmation" on the sign-in page and check your junk folder
    • If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft and a password had been set on your address but never confirmed, we remove that password automatically and email you to say so
    • You can always set a fresh password with "Forgot password" — your entries, credit and history are unaffected
